Our Products & Services

We are based out of Winnipeg, Manitoba and sell and service a wide variety of printer equipment and supplies from top brands such as HP, Xerox, Lexmark, Brother, Epson and Canon.

We perform most maintenance and repairs on-site and offer free estimates. Monthly service arrangements are also available.

We also sell paper and any other office supplies you may need.

Our History

Direct Data has been providing Canadians with quality computer supplies since its incorporation in 1989. Some of Direct Data’s staff Vince Carboni and Patrick Gwozd have been marketing computer supplies since they first came on the market in 1981.

We were the first to introduce “Duraprint” ribbons for dot matrix and band printers in the 1980’s. We were also among the first to market recycled laser cartridges – one being our own brand “SmartOne”™

In 1997 Direct Data added the service of customized forms, custom cheques and printing run by our forms expert Alf Carboni.

We were in a purchasing group from 1998 to 2009 for added volume pricing for our customers.

In 2007 we expanded our print services by providing printer maintenance performed by our own print service technician.

In 2010 we started to offer our own “Smart Printer” print managed service allowing customers to conveniently track page counts and lower their per-page costs.
